National Account Manager : Growing Cider Business : Midlands : Up to A GBP 55k + Bonus My client is a unique business situated in the heart of the Midlands. This family run business benefits from both trade sales and a tap room, along with a fantastic culture and ethos to match. This company has been running for almost 10 years and boasts a fantastic range of products. The National Account Manager will be responsible for heading up the Route to Market and Wholesale. The National Account Manager will fundamentally be responsible for managing all large national accounts, building the wholesale side of the business and brining on new business to support the growing brand. This National Account Manager will need to come armed with a string of contacts around the Midlands and a passion for Beer and Cider. The National Account Manager will ideally be based around the Midlands as this small company like to work together as a team. This role will inevitably lead into a Sales Director role for the business. The National Account Manager Responsibilities Building new business across the country, alongside managing all large accounts within the Drinks Industry. Managing accounts across both On Trade and Wholesale, along with any new business ventures gained. Strategizing with both Sales and Marketing, along with providing performance analysis Delivering on Sales targets whilst supporting the wider team Develop and train additional team members, along with product knowledge Planned marketing activity and promotional activations across the brand The ideal National Account Manager Candidate: Minimum of 3:5 years experience in an account manager role : specifying in On Trade, Off Trade and Wholesale Network of contacts within the Drink Sector Proven track record in Sales, team management and results.
