Experienced Multi Trade operative with pluming or plastering core trade required to join our Direct Services Repairs Team covering Croydon and surround areas. £22.52 PH 40 hours a week monday- friday The role - Working with the maintenance team, you will be working in void and tenanted properties in Croydon and surrounding. You will carry out building repairs, maintenance and renewals doing your core trade alongside minimal other trades, such as pach painting , pluming or plastering We are looking for people who can carry out works to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction and complete works 'Right First Time'. Hours of work will be between the core hours of 8.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week - Company Van included Must hold full clean UK driving licence Requirements needed to apply.
