The Multi Trade Operative would join our Repairs team based in Hampshire. The ideal candidate would live in Hampshire as they are central to over areas being covered including Basingstoke, Andover, Reading, Southampton, Portsmouth & potentially parts of Oxfordshire. Job: Multi Trade Operative Area: Hampshire Pay Rate: £17 per hour Hours: 8am – 5pm Start: ASAPI have a post for Multi Trade Operative for our Repairs team based in Hampshire. The ideal candidate would live in Hampshire as they are central to over areas being covered including Basingstoke, Andover, Reading, Southampton, Portsmouth & potentially parts of Oxfordshire. The role is within the repairs team, you will be responsible for all aspects of Joinery repairs and installations our properties and must be competent in plumbing tasks dealing with kitchens and bathrooms. Multi Trade Operative required to cover Leaks, Condensation, Damp & Mould works with the main focus on damp and mould. requires the ability to identify and treat damp and mould as well as use a tablet to complete relevant documents This is a temp to perm position - A Van, uniform, Tools etc are provided Your new role Our team has an exciting opportunity for you to join our Responsive Repairs team as a multi-skilled operative with a high level of competence. We're looking for an individual who is multi-skilled in plumbing as well as taking on the task of delivering carpentry maintenance repairs/installations. Requirements needed to apply. A Full Clean Driving Licence Required. 4+ years experience dealing in dealing with Leaks, Condensation, Damp & Mould in domestic housing or social housing Experience in Domestic repairs and maintenance.
