They are a well-established Café concept that has been around for nearly a century. Key Responsibilities of the Multi-site General Manager: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the two sites, ensuring excellence in customer service and operational efficiency. Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of employees across both locations. Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective cost management and sales strategies. Maintain high standards of product quality, cleanliness, and safety. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement company policies and procedures. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Requirements of the Multi-site General Manager: Proven experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality, retail, or service industry. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively. A proactive and results-driven approach.
