The Mold Technician is responsible for operating manufacturing equipment to shape plastic components for products. The position will set molds in the injection machine, start the machine, and assist a supervisor in the operation of the machine.We are looking for an individual that can work under minimum supervision and communicate clearly and professionally with internal team members and external customers. Prior Operating forklift experience is required. A forklift certification is required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operate mold-making machine to produce specified products. Calibrate machinery to produce plastic molds. Maintain plastic mold machinery. Inspect finished plastic mold products to ensure quality work. Operate forklift in a warehouse, as needed, to transport goods. Follow safety procedures when operating an overhead crane. Act as a backup material handler, when necessary and more!
