JOB DESCRIPTION: Job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Achieve and exceed the personal sales goals Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandises’ features and benefits to maximize the sales opportunity Responsible for client development beyond the initial transaction Maintain the housekeeping and visual standards of the store Assist in bi-annual inventory cycle Follow all store operational policies and procedures Client Book Management QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years retail experience Excellent organization skills Customer service skills Familiar with Excel, Word and Internet SALARY & BENEFITS/WHAT WE OFFER: When applicable, we offer our employees a comprehensive benefits package including paid holidays, vacation time, sick and personal time, medical, dental and vision insurance, and 401k matching.
