Learn more at /. Role Profile Directs the operational function in medical affairs to achieve collective objectives. Responsible for the design, development and implementation of programs related to educational, promotional and reporting materials for products related to Phase IIIb, Phase IV trials, solicited and non-solicited studies, publications, and so on. This position is able to make a significant impact on the business objectives and is typically responsibility for leading a group of professionals. Responsibilities Team Leadership Provide leadership and direction the Johnson & Johnson Haematology Medical Team. Coordinate and delegate work of their team, establishing accountability for assignments. Lead, Develop and Empower the team and individuals to implement the Brand Medical Plan through coaching, performance management, mentorship and personal development plans. Champion team success and a working environment that cultivates open communication, dedication, diversity, equity and inclusion, and a positive work-life balance Foster a culture of innovation, creativity and learning whilst maintaining high standards Maintain collaborative working relationships between medical affairs and internal partners to deliver timely and authoritative support to product development.
