As an experienced trainer in Maths & English, you will be required to deliver non-regulated and regulated qualifications/training to AEB government-funded learners or other provisions (eg Multiply), where necessary.. The role will lead on the delivery of training to learners across the assigned geographical region of Esinteraction. The role requires an organised professional with the ability to adapt to new environments, needs to be resourceful and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare lessons efficiently in order to conduct them competently. Deliver a range of vocational qualifications, alongside employability skills and programmes, in accordance with the schedule. Set and backss learner work product daily, ensuring feedback is provided in a timely manner. Complete remedial actions identified by the IQA promptly to ensure learner achievement performance is included in the given month. Monitor the learners’ progress throughout the course, against the criteria. Keeping track of and maintaining records of participants’ attendance, participation, and progress Create schemes of work and lesson plans in accordance with the qualification specifications. Coaching, tutoring, and offering learning support to learners. Collecting a baseline needs backssment for learners. Managing the induction process Conducting classroom and training observations, interviews and focus groups with learners and project stakeholders. Organising any external assistance or support as necessary Prepare educational material to assist with stretching and challenging the learning.
