Key Responsibilities: Manage go-to-market launches for multiple communities in Alberta and British Columbia, delivering high-quality messaging and content that communicates their value. Lead generation and community outreach efforts, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our marketing strategy to attract and engage potential residents and the broader community. Manage and execute on strategic initiatives , including market and competitor analysis, pricing analysis, and buyer personas and use cases. Build strategies to support consistent use of brand standards internally. Develop and manage a strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders, fostering partnerships that enhance our marketing and outreach efforts. Collaborate.
