My Fortune 500 Payment/eCommerce Client in San Jose, CA is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their Web siteTransaction team. We are looking for seven + years of Web Marketing experience, an understanding of Web Measurement, and experience/ exposure to design. Come join a world-renowned Marketing team, with a world-admired company. Position summary In this position you are involved in running, optimizing and expanding North America consumer website. The web siteis a core channel for both new and existing consumers and you will tasked with ensuring new consumers can easily sign up for accounts and drive performance from targeted onsite placements for existing consumers. You will collaborate together with the Regional & Merchant Marketing teams, as well as the Creative / Brand team to ensure our messages are on strategy and on-brand. Assignments include: - Develop a robust test and learn plan to optimize conversion rates for new & existing consumers - Own the “learning agenda” for web sitemarketing to consumers: o Design and plan web siteexperiments (in support of your learning agenda) o Work with marketing, product, ops and analytics to execute your test plan o Use research, data and analysis to optimize and prioritize consumer messaging o Collaborate with designers to produce clear, articulate creative - Provide product/design teams with business qualifications for Account marketing - Collaborate with technical teams on measurement methodology and platform qualifications - Project manage pipeline of quick-fixes on the consumer website. - Work as part of a global team to set up & execute on overall web sitemarketing strategy, understanding marketing needs and how to most effectively test new campaigns and strategies to maximize yield. - Collaborate with technical teams to define platform qualifications for the Content Management System (CMS) - Be an internal expert on the available tools & capabilities and ensure the business is extracting max value from our platforms - Be the point person in the business for "what’s happening on the website" and create a regular reporting & communication plan to share results & plans Skills Required: - 7+ years of web marketing experience with a experience in the ecommerce space - Demonstrated success defining and implementing changes that drive traffic/conversions to a consumer website - Highly analytical mindset with the expertise to think strategically - Prior experience managing agencies and internal and external partners - Comfortable working in a large, global environment - Understanding of web measurement: click/view-through analysis, attribution and of web technology and publishing: HTML, CSS, CMS - Strong influencing and leadership skills
