We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing & Communications Manager to join us on a fixed term maternity cover. Supporting the Head Of Marketing, working in a fast paced environment the ideal candidate will have strong experience of people management with the ability to train and develop a team. As the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Executives, Designers, and Digital team to develop and deliver market-leading B2B and B2C marketing and communications across both on and offline channels. Key to this role will be the development of an internal communications programme to support project, leadership, HR, cultural and events updates. You must be confident in adapting strategies to the audience and working with different stakeholders to achieve results, as the role requires you to work across different brands. You will have line management responsibility, will be working with several teams, and will need to be able to adapt to changing priorities to deliver a great marketing service at pace. Key Tasks and Accountabilities: Develop and deliver annual marketing and multi-channel campaign plans to achieve the business's sales targets to drive new business and maximise engagement. Take an agile approach to refining activities and understanding customer journeys to ensure sales targets are reached Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans and strategies with specific objectives across different channels and segments Ensure marketing plans factor in the needs of the target audiences and are efficiently executed on time and on budget Support the sales departments with campaign initiatives which will help them to achieve their targets, including new business, retention and attendance of events across all brands Manage team members responsible for delivering each of these activities, ensuring each team member is supported in their individual objectives Check.
