Description:ACE (Amplified Communications Experience)Content Specialist/Writer CompetencesContent Specialist:The Content Specialist is a full-time content analyst and writer. In this role, you will review RFPs and internal documentation, with the goal of improving overall messaging and cohesiveness. The Content Specialist acts as a writer on official RFP documents, adding boilerplate content developed from their own internal content library while also enabling outcome-oriented messaging throughout the document. This role also requires a content specialist who can review internal documentation, providing insights into messaging to provides the best value-based content for internal teams.General Responsibilities:- Develop high-level messaging, strategic narrative structure, and outcome-oriented content for customer-facing RFx responses and internal documentation.- Create templates and accelerators for RFX support in collaboration with SAP Services Sales, Solution Leads, Proposal Managers and other pursuit advisors.- Research SAP industries, value drivers, KPIs, and value chains to develop content for Services proposals as needed.- Work with the larger team, providing input for developing team accelerators and documentation.- Assist with visual components in programs such as PowerPoint, Mural.co, etc.Job/Position Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or Business Writing. (M.A.) degree a plus- 1-2 years of experience working with RFx documentation- 1+ years of experience working in a Sales or Marketing setting- Previous experience content writing or copywriting for company publications
