Title: Manager: TrainingLocation: USA-FL: FLORIDA-PENSACOLAJob Number:_13001PREssential Job Functions- Willingness to travel- Shall have significant documented naval shipboard network system administrator operational background with a min of 2 (2) afloat tours as an Info Professional officer or senior enlisted.- Expertise to operate independently and as part of a team- Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills- Provide analysis and recommendations for preferred course/instruction delivery, face to face instruction, webpage instruction, and CBT. Includes cost analysis/efficiencies on a per student basis. Requires close coordination between program leads for proper identification of requirements.Requirements:Minimum requirements- Strong expertise to prioritize and meet deadlines- Shall be conversant in national/joint communications system capabilities.- Primary liaison with fleet training activities, commands, and schoolhouses for academic review, instruction analysis, and course content requirements with training requirements originators e.g., TYCOMs, NFC, USFF, etc.- 5 or more years of supervisory background included- TOP SECRET/SCI clearance.- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and background- Strong human relations skills to select, develop, mentor, discipline and reward employees- Prior assignment(s) to Network Operations Center (NOC) is preferred.- Strong organization and time organizational skills- Background working with instructional design and adult learning and training methodologiesOther Requirements- Shall have a broad technical background in the fields of communications and info assurance in an operational environment.- Shall have documented background as a Navy communications/network instructor or qualification as a Navy Master Training Specialist; significant documented instructional systems design background related to Navy C4ISR mission.- Background working with communications practices, principles and procedures for both on-site and virtual presentations- Shall have in-depth technical understanding of communications systems such as Automated Digital Network System (ADNS) Integrated Shipboard Network System (ISNS) Combined Enterprise Regional Info Exchange (CENTRIX) GCCS-M Navy Tactical Command Support System (NTCSS) SCI Networks Etc.- Strong analytical abilities- Strong people skills for interacting with all levels of employees- Expertise and desire to actively pursue learning opportunities in the education and training fields- Expertise to understand and apply federal, state and local changes to and/or new regulations/laws pertaining to human resources- 9 or more years of training background- Bachelors degree in business administration, organizational development, education, human resources or related position preferred- Expertise to maintain high-level of confidentiality regarding employee info- Serve as lead instructor/analyst in course/curriculum instruction, review, development, and implementation for academics supporting CID warfare training requirements.- Effective communication and presentation skillsJob: Training Services
