Be empowered to co-create the future with our dynamic teams!” Make an Impact by Response to customer RFI. Verify vendor quotation and provide costing for RFP Design and solutioning for fit out works. Support the fit-out PM from initiation to completion of the project. Work closely with the PM, consultant & contractors towards timely delivery of projects. Manage relationships with fit-out vendors and contractors and contract negotiations. Work closely with the PM to control the project funding, cashflow and forecast expenditure. Support sourcing & procuring of engineering services. Drafting of SOW and requirement specification. Prepare sourcing, recommendation, and approval paper. Influence the testing and commissioning team to perform the commissioning tests in accordance to the testing requirements. Skills for Success A diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or relevant discipline. Master's degree or PE is a plus. Prefer to be with data centre experience. Ability in reading and understand the design and construction engineering drawings. Knowledgeable in various M&E critical systems (e.g. ACMV, electrical, BMS, fire protection etc) requirement including testing and commissioning (i.e. FAT, SAT, IST). Willing to walk the ground to verify the field progress and engage staffs. A team player who is also able to work independently. Conversant with Microsoft Office and familiar with AutoCAD.
