As a SAFe Scrum Master, you will: Agile Facilitation: Act as a SAFe Scrum Master for one or more development teams, guiding them through the Scrum framework and promoting agile practices. Facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives. Cloud Expertise: Possess a foundational understanding of cloud computing concepts and the services offered by major public cloud providers like AWS, GCP, and/or Azure. Be able to provide guidance on cloud-related decisions and help teams leverage cloud services effectively. Team Empowerment: Coach and mentor team members in agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
