Our OpportunityThis position works closely with the Business Development Manager to identify opportunities within the framework of the business development strategy. Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing new business opportunities and marketing initiatives. Manages nation-wide promotion and direction of sales channel. Reports to Business Development Manager.Key Requirements- Assist with other business development initiatives as defined by the Manager of Business Development.Our Requirements- Must be able to work unaided- Highly motivated with a work experience of success in a similar position- Closes and executes plans for new and current customers- Motivates internal/support teammates to assist with business projects and programs as needed- Leadership style in keeping with the Larson-Juhl values: customer always comes 1st, fair and honest in all dealings, respect for the individual, excellence in products and service, rewards tie to performance, leadership by example.
