Title: Manager - IT SecurityLocation: US-OH-MasonCintas is currently looking for a Manager-IT Security for the IT Governance team. The Manager-IT Security will be responsible for: developing and maintaining appropriate IT security standards, procedures, corporate and departmental policies and architectures; providing a point of contact to the department, corporation, vendors and customers for all IT security requests; assisting in the prioritization, coordination and fulfillment of IT security requests from legal, HR and compliance areas; leading all security assessments for new technologies, third party vendors and acquisitions; providing direction and management to improve the corporate IT computer emergency response/incident response program in support of responding to any potential breach, threat or any other security incident; establishing process and procedures to ensure new systems and processes introduced into the environment meet established standards; managing all relationships with IT security vendors for vendor accountability and security effectiveness; directing, developing and coordinate an IT security awareness program in conjunction with the compliance department; managing and directing IT security staff to ensure objectives are met; and maintaining IT security team’s awareness of emerging threats, such as new viruses, hacker contests and system vulnerabilities.* High-school degree required; Bachelor’s degree in IT or business area, preferred * Min 5yrs of background in Info Technology security * Min 2 yrs of IT security-related management experience including communicating IT security issues/solutions to all levels of individuals, supervising daily team activities, coaching/mentoring, career development planning, performance management, recruiting and hiring * CISSP, CISM or other details security certification, preferred * Background building security program, preferred * Background with managed security and infrastructure services, preferred * Background with SAP security, preferred * Background managing within SOX and PCI qualifications, preferred * 6 Sigma training/background, preferred Our partners enjoy:* Aggressive compensation * 401(k)/Profit sharing/ESOP * Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Package * Disability and Life Insurance Package * Paid Vacation and Holidays * Career Advancement Opportunities Cintas Corporation is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer M/F/D/V
