About Our Opportunity Reporting to the Director, Risk & Corporate Operations, the Manager of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity (BC) will be accountable for leading and facilitating the implementation of and promoting the ongoing effectiveness of the organization’s ERM practices and processes, as well as for providing direction and guidance on how to manage risk, and summarizing/escalating risks regularly and as required. Primary Accountabilities The Manager’s primary responsibilities will be to leverage the introductory ERM framework to further develop and deploy the standards (policy/policies, guidelines and/or procedures) for ERM for the Department and system partners. The Manager will lead the implementation and deployment of the ERM Framework throughout the organization and will liaise with system partners to coordinate and structure risk-related communication between the relevant parties.
