ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Brand Education Manager at Sephora, you're the frontline education guru for our outstanding brand partners and merchants. Your mission? To curate and craft innovative content that transforms product knowledge and category expertise into an art form. We're on the lookout for a true product connoisseur, someone with a passion for creating unparalleled learning experiences that not only ignite the enthusiasm of our Beauty Advisors but also fuel those selling behaviors that make Sephora shine in the fast-paced and ever-evolving beauty landscape! WHAT YOU’LL DO: Serve as a subject matter expert, crafting product and category perspectives across content, education materials, videos, and digital content Develop and curate personalized content to bolster product and category knowledge for an enhanced client experience Foster positive relationships with brands, collaborating on training and education content Stay informed on industry trends and training practices in retail, beauty, and social spaces Communicate learning goals for Sephora-created content, identifying program gaps for comprehensive training Collaborate with department partners to drive category strategies and organizational initiatives Propose innovative learning solutions to address organization needs related to the category Partner with support teams on instructional design, production, and delivery of curriculums Monitor and adjust content effectiveness within training.
