WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS: Reporting to the Director, Operations Delivery, the Manager, Airport Support Desk will lead a dynamic team that is responsible for managing and coordinating all customer flight-related matters for our airline. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to effectively manage a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our airline. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Lead a team in supporting our contracted CSA’s at each of our airport stations with day of flight related matters managing regular and irregular operations in real time from a base and passenger operations perspective and supporting our bases through any problems that arise & passenger queries Ensure information provided to clients and passengers is.
