Facilitating communication between data centres and customers. Coordinating with Managed Service, Technical Services, Internal Service Desk, Development, and Implementation teams through effective communication Meeting operational SLA’s Support the Head of Enterprise Operations with daily processing responsibilities, including: Supervising, verifying, and finalising daily processing and batch tasks. Generating Control Reports to validate the conclusion of business cycles. Collaborating with both direct and banking partner clients to ensure business. What you’ll need Experience within a support background. ITIL Knowledge V3 or V4 within Service Management. SQL knowledge and Experience, 2012/2014/2019 and SQL Querying Skills Understanding of Relational Databases.
