We are in need of a maintenance technician to join our growing property management team. Benefits include: • 401(k)• 401(k) matching• Dental insurance• Employee discount• Health insurance• Paid time off• Professional development assistance• Retirement plan• Vision insurance Responsibilities:• Perform basic maintenance and service for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliance, and mechanical repairs in residential apartment units• Promptly answer resident service calls and perform repairs in a timely fashion• Interact politely and professionally with apartment tenants, outside vendors/contractors, and coworkers• Complete all assigned maintenance work on vacant apartments for unit turns and make ready activities• Perform various preventative maintenance measures• Respond to on-call/after hour emergency maintenance requests/work orders• Maintain community grounds• Paint units Qualifications:• Ability to easily get to and from work• Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle Compensation: $16 - $18 hourly About Company: Our company is a dynamic, fast-growing property management company and real estate investment company located in Pittsburgh, PA.
