Are you working in Maintenance and looking for a new opportunity? If so, the Maintenance Technician at Level 10 Property Management is the job for you! Location: West St. Paul Pay: $27 - $35 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, monthly rotating weekends Benefits: medical, dental, health savings account, life insurance, short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, paid holidays, paid time off, paid parental leave In this position, you will be responsible for providing maintenance services in our apartment communities to include installation of appliances, HVAC, electrical work, and general repairs and maintenance of equipment. You will use your own vehicle to drive to a limited number of properties and you will be reimbursed for mileage. We are ideally looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong work ethic who has 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience. HVAC, EPA, and Boilers license is preferred.
