We are currently looking for a Maintenance Scheduler & Planning Leader (m, f, d) to join our team in Gloucester. What You Will Do The primary role of the Maintenance Scheduler & Planning Leader is to improve all maintenance activities by reviewing current performance and proposing opportunities to improve on delivering the schedule. This is accomplished through sound planning practices and use of SAP (CMMS), which includes efficient utilization of labour, parts, materials, and outside vendor services. The role is responsible for ensuring planning and scheduling of all maintenance activities performed. They will liaise with Maintenance Co-ordinators, the Reliability team and other departments to track progress and to ensure the operations areas receive prompt, efficient and quality service from Maintenance. You will support the site in ensuring SAP is utilised in an efficient and effective manner including the generation of weekly and monthly reports. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) SAP or equivalent CMMS Experience Engineering background Experience of CI, LEAN Experience of Engineering Site Shutdown/Turnaround activities would be beneficial Leadership capability Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively within a team environment Demonstrated initiative, the ability to manage work autonomously and deal with changing priorities High value for compliance, safety and environment.
