In this role, the job duties can range from completing large machine PM’s to working on hydraulic and pneumatic circuits. Responsibilities : Perform routine maintenance on our large machine tools Laser alignment and adjustment of our machine tools Mechanical system disassembly and reassembly Pneumatics controls and plumbing Hydraulic system diagnosis and repair Perform routine maintenance on our overhead cranes Maintain machine TPM’s Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Highschool diploma Journeyperson Card (related to the job opening) and/or Seven years of applicable experience as a qualified repair person in troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems relay, and PLC controls for machine repair Experience with PLCs Experience with hydraulics Ability to interpret hydraulic and pneumatic schematics Experience with mechanical systems and their controls Ability to work on heights Ability to pass math and writing test PA driver’s license Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the key actions of job. The employee is also required to talk and/or hear in a manufacturing setting. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk in a manufacturing environment for multiple hours per day. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms; lift; stoop, or crouch. The vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and adjust focus.
