The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maximizing operational efficiency, supporting Site Safety, Health, and Environment initiatives. Principle Accountabilities: Lead and develop the Company Engineering Maintenance team, ensuring effective communication, training, and development of staff. Support and develop a managed, cost-effective maintenance program for site services buildings, plant, systems, and equipment. Evaluate customer requirements, produce proposals, and monitor the progress of planned maintenance and remedial works. Provide engineering services for site refurbishment and equipment installations, with a focus on energy savings. Support Health, Safety, and Environment, and risk management processes. Ensure continuity of essential site systems and equipment. Support the Account Manager in meeting HR, budget, and reporting requirements. Develop partnerships with suppliers, rationalize the supplier database, and identify training and development needs. Establish and review service level agreements and key performance indicators to maintain a high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Contribute to an effective change management program for key business elements. Maintain day-to-day contact with customer representatives and attend meetings as directed.
