Your Role and Responsibilities Job Purpose: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the supervision and coordination of the maintenance departments employees ensuring maintenance metrics are met to standard by performing or delegating required tasks. Responsibilities: Provide leadership to maintenance employees Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed Ensure team members receive training to correctly perform job duties Advise Plant Manager on all important issues Ensure New Employee Orientation Program completed within department Ensure all employee vacation and time clock records accurate within the Plex system as required Maintain/repair/replace machines and equipment either electronically or mechanically to continue production Schedule, log completion of, and generate new requirements for preventative maintenance on a (weekly, monthly, yearly etc. ) rotation as required Ensure preventative maintenance KPI meets and sustains a 100% completion rate Schedule and complete machine improvements as required Machine new tooling as required Ensure all Legal Employment Due Diligence compliance requirements are.
