Searching for a No-Nonsense Maintenance/Boiler Supervisor Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, our client is a leading U.S. manufacturer of pine plywood structural panels. They are also 1 of the world's leading manufacturers and marketers of building products, tissue, packaging, paper, cellulose and related chemicals. Their company employs over 40,000 people at approx 300 locations throughout North America, South America and Europe. Maintenance/Boiler Supervisor Monticello, GA As a Maintenance/Boiler Supervisor, you will lead your team to work injury/incident free, drive improvements, support the MPO Process System, facilitate team development and growth, and hold employees accountable. Your tasks will include troubleshooting hazards, implementing mitigating strategies, monitoring quality of work, providing coaching and safety training, data entry, boiler management and completing compliance reports. For this position, you need either a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with two years of supervisory background or a high-school diploma with 5+ years of supervisory background. You must also have 10yrs of maintenance background, with 3-5 of those years being in boiler maintenance. Other qualifications include a current expertise of Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Ms excel, as well as an expertise to read structural, mechanical and piping blueprints, electrical schematics, power distribution and 3-phase electrics. You must also have great communication abilities.
This position offers a generous salary of $80K-$90k (possibly more, depending on DOE) and P-Pay Program bonuses (to be discussed with staff).
