JOB OVERVIEW:Lifting up to 70 lbs regularly.Valid driving permit.Must operate/maintain pallet jack, mail car, equipment within the Mail Center.Must be experienced in Microsoft Office, (especially Excel and Word), knowledgeable or trainable within other software and platforms used.Able to perform inventory reconciliation.Must be self motivated, possess good time management and attention to detail, neat, accurate while being production minded. Multi-tasking and flexibility is essential as we are always working on multiple projects at once and project priorities constantly change.Performs other duties as may be required.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 50%Prepares and sends information to customers in many different forms.5%Sends information on any product being promoted via mass mailings.35%Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.5%Primary mail carrier.5%Compiles and submits daily/weekly reports as needed.SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Inventory reconciliation and controlSoftware knowledge/experienceWarehouse equipment operationValid drivers licenseGENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: * Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks * Multi-tasking / Flexibility is a must * Attention to detail and accuracy * Customer service oriented * Ability to plan and arrange activities * Very good interpersonal communication skills * Very good written and verbal communication skills * Ability to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information * Ability to work with a team, a partner and independentlyWORK EXPERIENCE: Typically 5 or more years of related experience.PREFERRED EDUCATION: Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds without restrictions.
