Machine Operator 3rd Shift REQUIREMENTS: Responsible for the effective utilization of material and the effective operation of the case erector, filler, case packer, taper, robot and palletizer including size changes. Operator will meet or exceed the established quality and production standards ( operator efficiency 80% or higher) Reports usage of materials, manufacturing parameters and general operating information in accordance with CPF quality and operating procedures. Performs quality control checks. Adheres to all SOP's and safety guidelines when working with Velcorin. Conducts and assists in cross training of other filling line operators Conforms to, and promotes Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices throughout the facility and participates in the Company Safety Programs. Operates and controls the filling line equipment and all processes relevant to the filling and packaging of cups, including PLC controls, hand tools, Robot controls and operation, charting control devices, CIP systems and tools. Will be responsible for all cleaning related to this machine and the work area. Trouble shooting and making adjustments to facilitate consistent and uninterrupted operation of all units of the line including adjustments to the box maker, fill head, size change overs, etc. Monitoring and adjustment of cup, case coders, and robot. Performs all other work assigned by Management when needed. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing, walking, stooping, climbing, and lifting tools and materials.
