With 40 years experience in Freight and logistics we are expanding our team to recruit an additional Business Development Executive. With our strong blue: chip client base and experience with freight transportation within the UK or Overseas this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing commercial team in a B2B role in the UK. This will be a full: time role, working remotely, and will require Freight forwarding sales experience within the last 2 years. The benefits include: : Salary: A GBP 35,000: A GBP 45,000 Commission 3 of customer GP Holiday: 33 days Working hours: Full time Remote working: Mobile / Laptop provided / Company Car : EV Tesla Pension: 4 contributory pension Health plan: Simply healthcare and BUPA from day one Management: No micro: management, teams meeting monthly Objective : To generate sales to achieve agreed targets, by introducing new customers, whilst maintaining and developing the existing client base. Visiting Customers on a regular basis. As a Sales Executive you will: Have an excellent opportunity to expand our business in the UK, from our northern borders to the Midlands and South. Identify sales opportunities with clients that use freight transportation, develop relationships with new businesses and understand how we can support and work with new clients. Be able to generate new sales leads and achieve targets. Have account managers support you to look after your new clients. Utilise our CRM system which shows target clients progress Use your knowledge of road, air and freight transport to win new business. The Ideal Freight Business Development Executive will: : Either be from an establish freight, import and export sales background OR have account management freight / logistics experience and be looking to progress into the sales environment.
