Bungie is looking for skilled linguists to help us deliver our next game into the hands of players around the world. We need enthusiastic, detail-oriented, multi-lingual wordsmiths who can not only test our products in their native tongues, but also provide translations when needed and help to polish our text until it truly shines. As a member of our internal localization team, you will be responsible for ensuring the technical accuracy of all translation as well as its stylistic consistency and overall quality. Do you have a way with words in another language? Do misspellings and abuses of grammar haunt your dreams? Then you might be just who we’re looking for! Estimated Duration: Long-term, project (duration may be shortened or lengthened based on business needs). Responsibilities - Proofread and edit Italian game scripts, manuals, and related materials - Test game software after localized text and audio have been implemented - Report, triage, and resolve all Italian text and audio bugs - Provide in-house English to Italian translation as needed - Maintain Italian game glossary and style guides - Collaborate with external translators
