About the Team The Finance Change & Integration team supports the various Finance departments with change initiatives/strategic programs. The team is responsible for: * Stakeholder management * Business Requirements Documentation * Liase with Technology and Program Management teams on program deliverables * Functional Testing * Production Release Support Summary This specific role is to support the Finance teams in the LoanIQ program. Responsibilities * Understanding and documenting current painpoints * Business Requirements Documentation * Defining Target Operating Model * Working closely with Finance, Technology, Program Management, and Operations on program deliverables * Test case creation * Working with Finance owners on execution of test cases * Raising risks/issues/dependencies * Communicating Finance status to management * Production Release Support Qualifications * Subject Matter Expertise in Loans * Been involved/led Loan IQ deployments * Organized self-starter The expected base salary ranges from $ 150,000- $200,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
