Duties:Provide legal counsel to clients on renewables projects, emphasizing facilities operations and power purchase agreements.Handle litigation matters related to renewables projects, including disputes and contract issues.Conduct legal research and analysis on renewables laws and regulations.Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to renewables projects.Advise clients on compliance with environmental laws and regulations.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on renewables projects. Requirements:10+ years of experience as a Litigation Attorney.Robust renewables experience, including knowledge of wind, solar, hydroelectric, and fuel cell facilities, smart grid and energy storage, and energy efficiency and demand-side management.Portable book of business.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active membership in good standing of the Bar. Skills:Strong litigation skills, including experience with renewables-related disputes.Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.Legal research and writing proficiency.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Attention to detail and organizational skills.
