Wages: $18.00 per hour for 35 to 44 hours per week Terms of Employment: Permanent; Full-Time Applicants with part-time availability to cover full shift are encouraged to apply. Employment Conditions: Day; Evening; Flexible hours; Night; Shift; Weekend JOB REQUIREMENTS: Languages: English Education: Secondary high school graduation certificate Experience: 7 months to 1 year Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Handling heavy loads; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Standing for extended periods Personal Suitability: Organized; Flexibility; Effective interpersonal skills; Client focus; Team Player Job Duties: Order Merchandise; Establish work schedules; Assign sales worker to duties; Authorize return of merchandise; Sell merchandise; Prepare reports of sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters; Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers; Resolve problem that arise such as customer complaints and supply shortages; Organize and maintain inventory. Work Setting: Retail Business Workers Supervised: Retail Salesperson and salesclerks; Staff in various areas of responsibility.
