Responsibilities: • Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner• Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction• Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria• Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so the process is done in a timely manner• Identify homes that meet buyers’ needs and budgets to help make more sales• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails, and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service• Oversee the entire process from writing offers to closing to ensure client satisfaction• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion• Lead generation• Real estate sales• Buyer lead follow-up• Set appointments• Execute appointments• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Professional in attitude and appearance• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision• Commission opportunity • A valid real estate license is required • Sales experience Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commissions About Company: Core Values: Cannonball Kids - We don’t tiptoe around the pool; we dive in and take action.Accountability is the highest form of love you can give another human being.Personal Responsibility - we take responsibility for our outcomes.Turn The Turtles- A struggling team member or client is like a turtle on its back.
