We are looking for a life insurance agent with amazing customer service skills to join our fast-growing insurance agency and help our clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Responsibilities: • Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current• Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims• Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies• Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policies• Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible• Do a customer needs assessment and then based on your evaluation connect the customer to one of our A-rated carriers Qualifications: • Client service experience as a sales representative a plus• Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus• Candidates with an active Life & Health insurance license are strongly preferred• Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus• Skilled with Microsoft Office• Life Insurance License (preferred) Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 at plan earnings About Company: Our agency is looking to bring on multiple new agents with exceptional customer service experience to become a part of our independent insurance agency.
