As a Lending Portfolio Manager you will join a strong and effective commercial team, managing an exciting renewable client base in the Wind, Solar and waste sector. Have the opportunity to progress or become a master of practice - Role Based in London 4 days in office 1 day at home per week. Your Role As a Lending Portfolio Manager Will Include: Conduct in-depth financial analyses, including risk backssments, to optimise project returns and ensure financial viability. Maintain productive relationships with existing clients. Provide regular reports and updates on asset performance to internal and external stakeholders Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors / clients, financial institutions, 3rd party advisors and suppliers. The Successful Lending Portfolio Manager Will Have: Proven experience as a Lending Portfolio Manager / Analyst in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on wind farm projects and Energy.
