The role would suit an Operations Manager, or operational candidate from a legal, financial or professional services background. Responsibilities: Overseeing operations across a full service law firm. Managing and developing high performing teams, working with team managers to set key performance indicators. Project management. Stakeholder management. Business forecasting, budgeting and financial planning. Implementing operational best practice across the business. Data analysis and reporting. Working closely with the firms compliance function to ensure smooth running of the business. Business development. What’s on offer: Salary to £50,000 dependent on experience.
