Leasehold Coordinator North East (Hybrid) Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) Salary circa £30,000 negotiable based on skills and experience plus great benefits and Health Cash plan Home, a place where you belong Are you a dynamic, customer focussed housing specialist looking for a new challenge in an exciting organisation? We’re looking for a Leasehold Coordinator committed to delivering a consistent and professional leasehold service aligned with legislation, Home Group policy and our Customer Promise. A key partner to our Operations, you’ll collaborate with various teams including Maintenance, Sales, Development and Legal and manage various home ownership tenures including Right to Buy, Retirement, Shared Ownership and more! Typical day as a Leasehold Coordinator You’ll drive continuous improvement in customer satisfaction scores by providing a brilliant and evolving services to our customers. You’ll effectively manage leasehold funds, calculating estimated and actual service charges in accordance with statutory, contractual and policy provisions. You’ll travel to meet your stakeholders and attend regional meetings and customer involvement meetings. You’ll be our subject matter expert, dealing with complex lease and account queries, applying lease terms, and working with our legal team, and providing accurate information to our stakeholders. You’ll be our Leasehold services champion, facilitating collaboration across the business, as well as influencing decision making in your operational area.
