The Municipal Property backssment Corporation (MPAC) is Ontario’s property expert. We create and maintain a comprehensive database of information for each of the more than five million properties in Ontario. We are responsible for delivering property values, insights and services to taxpayers, municipalities, governments and businesses. Job Description What makes you great for this role? You are a detail-oriented individual who can provide program administration for the delivery of learning and professional development programs. You monitor and foster effective working relationships with third party vendors ensuring compliance with service level agreements and contracts. We have: A team of highly skilled, dedicated and collaborative staff Leadership that supports you An enterprise that embraces change A work environment that has flexible work locations (including remote), hours of work and overall employee wellness support You have: Successful completion of a post-secondary education in Learning and Development, Human Resources Management, or related field Completion or working towards Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) or other HR related designation At least 5 years of progressive experience in program administration Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, as well as Share Point Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including attention to detail to accurately proof read and edit materials Strong customer service and client management skills to maintain and increase the credibility of the Learning & Development Branch Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative information and develop appropriate recommendations to support continuous program improvements Demonstrated project management skills to coordinate delivery/implementation of learning initiatives, manage multiple assignments and meet conflicting deadlines Nice to have: Experience with learning.
