About the role Our Learning Design & Delivery team work across the whole of NFU Mutual to design and deliver engaging, relevant and up to date learning programmes. They work to enhance internal mobility, upskill staff and update employees on regulation. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our L&D department. The main purpose of the role is to develop and deliver learning solutions related specifically to insurance. You’ll develop learning catalogues to provide a high-quality L&D service across the Business in line with both Business and L&D strategies. Typical tasks include: Work with internal L&D stakeholders & SME’s to develop and evaluate new learning solutions in line with the department strategy and standards, utilising learning technologies and social learning strategies to meet the identified need. Review and update learning solutions in line with the department review cycle, ensuring they are fit for purpose, accurate, up-to-date, reflect evaluation results and meet business and regulatory requirements. We understand how important a positive work-life balance is to you, so we offer great facilities when you want to be in an office environment, and support to work up to 80% of your hours from home. You can complete your office days in any of our regional offices- Stratford Upon Avon, York, Bristol or Glasgow. About you As our Learning & Development Specialist, you’ll design and deliver Insurance training to our Agency Network both virtually and face to face. A strong communicator, you’ll be skilled in delivering engaging learning through written and verbal communications.
