Job Specifications: Outlet: Bear Paw Lodge Housing: May Be Available Expected Pay Range: $23.00 - $29.59 Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time Job Responsibilities Implement preventative maintenance programs Association. Provide training to maintenance staff when required in job specific tasks. Plan, scope and coordinate projects with sub-contractors when required and obtain the required estimates. Order and maintain required parts for stock for critical equipment for assigned areas. Follow all safety procedures and alert supervisor to any unsafe conditions that may exist. Work with other departments and area managers as required. Maintain job logs updated daily. • Must have the ability to train entry and intermediate techs. Perform specialized installation, repair and replace parts, piping valves and other fittings, dry wall application, painting and other repair and maintenance duties. Strong technical skills in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, appliance installation, painting, and be familiar with boilers and water systems. Pool and spa maintenance knowledge and chemical checks are required. Implement OSHA, EPA and ADA guidelines and programs. Abide by all safety rules and regulations per corporate policies State and Federal codes. Knowledgeable on Lock out tag out procedures, OSHA, EPA and MSDS. Capable of planning, prioritizing, organizing and controlling projects are key attributes. Attend training classes for job-specific skills. Maintain good attitude and people skills even during high-pressure situations, be a good leader Job Requirements Must be 18 years of age. High aSchool diploma, GED or equivalent experience Previous building maintenance experience preferred. Must be able to communicate in English both verbal and written. Basic computer knowledge required. Must be able to lift and move at least 50lbs. Maintain a valid Driver License. Other duties as assigned related to function The expected pay range is $23.00 - $29.59. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
