The Role Responsible for leading the Kaizen Program across the Enterprise Operations organization. Oversee and implement the Kaizen Program playbook, including the maintenance of KPI’s, roadmaps and communication plans. The Main Responsibilities Lead the Kaizen @ Lumen program across the Enterprise Operations organization. Work closely with the Kaizen vendor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for the delivery of the Kaizen program. Own the Kaizen program playbook, including the creation & maintenance of KPIs, roadmaps and communication plans. Maintain all Kaizen program analytics & reporting, training materials and project specific details. Create dashboards and reports to provide insights into incident trends and performance metrics. Work with HR & Finance partners to certify savings and cost avoidance Support the planning, facilitation, and execution of continuous improvement events using Lean Six Sigma tools Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction on top of the projects that result from the Kaizen program Foster a collaborative environment where employees at all levels actively participate in Kaizen projects.
