Benefits: Medical 70% employer paid for employee Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid vacation - 40 hours, after 2 years 80 hours 401K 6 Paid holidays Sick pay Company vehicle / uniform / phone Job Title: Lead Residential HVAC Installer Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm with occasional overtime Pay range: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour, depending on experience + System Completion Bonus WE have an immediate opening for a Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our team, someone looking to advance their career, with steady year-round work and a supportive team! This position will be installing primarily residential equipment with the occasional light commercial install. We pay full system bonuses, warranty bonuses, and cash spiffs. Potential annual earnings $125K Position Summary: To Install heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high quality and time job performance. Qualifications / Skills: Valid driver's license & insurable driving record 3 + years of Residential Retrofit/changeout HVAC Install experience Lead job experience EPA Universal Certification Ability to pass NATE core test within 3 months of hire date Understanding of layout, design, fabrication and installation Proficient at residential and light commercial installations Advanced Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings. Basic fabrication knowledge of sheet metal fittings Size and draw duct work correctly Start up and trouble shoot furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps and condensing units Good understanding of line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, wiring diagrams Excellent customer relations skills and an open mind to think outside of the box Willingness to attend company paid seminars and training for HVAC Ability to train entry level personnel Strong leadership skills Pass background and drug screen High school diploma or its equivalent Check us out online: www.quigleyac.com Experienced Installer, HVAC Installer, Installation, HVAC Commercial Installer, HVAC Residential Installer, Residential Installer
