LEAD GRANITE COUNTERTOP INSTALLER: YOUR MISSION As our Lead Granite Countertop Installer, you oversee a skilled team and assist them with installing our custom granite and quartz countertops in clients' homes. Using your knowledge and experience in the field, you guide your team in completing residential installs and remodel projects. Both a solid team player and an effective leader, you ensure every installation is completed smoothly and precisely. When appropriate, you offer team members feedback and advice to help them improve their work. You take pride in your work, and you make sure to thoroughly clean your work area before leaving the client's home. You feel great about the amazing leadership you provide, and you find satisfaction in leaving our clients' spaces looking better than when you arrived! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LEAD GRANITE COUNTERTOP INSTALLER 3+ years of experience installing countertops Valid driver's license and reliable transportation While not required, carpentry experience would be a huge bonus! Do you have exceptional communication and leadership skills? Are you customer service-oriented? Can you manage your time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks?
