Company Description Job Description Lead Generation Advisor£22,208 basic, plus a realistic bonus of up to £500 per month. Working Mon- Fri, 9am -5pm. No weekends. We are currently recruiting a talented and results driven Lead Generation Advisor to join our busy contact centre team, working from home. What you will be doing; Sourcing and booking quality appointments is a critical part of our Business Development Manager’s success and ultimately that of the Independent Division. As a Lead Generation Executive you will support our Business Development Managers by sourcing and booking appointments with prospective customers who are interested in trading with Brakes. You’ll naturally promote and embrace our inclusive team environment and we’re sure you’ll have some fun along the way! Build an extensive knowledge and pipeline of prospective customers within the Identified Division to maximise our opportunities for growth Proactively use online research, supplied lists or leads from within the business to generate the pipeline and keep it current, with a high level of conversion and both short and longer-term opportunities Research possible lead sources, build initial contact, interest in Brakes and appointments with the key decision maker Manage and nurture the pipeline of longer term prospects Navigate through foodservice businesses to create meaningful dialogues with the right people Proactively identify new business opportunities which can drive business growth This is what we’re looking for; Experience in a target-driven sales/telesales role or similar Be a great listener who can engage with people quickly Basic knowledge/experience of MS Office Packages Be a great influencer with the ability to upsell Positive can do attitude with the eagerness to build strong relationships What you’ll get: A competitive salary Huge discount on all sorts of lovely food and award-winning products Generous holiday allowance, with option to purchase more Recognition awards.
