Responsibilities: • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals• Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly• Meet or surpass the monthly quota for sold business and lead requirements/ revenue-generating activities• Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities• Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choiceSales and Product Knowledge:• Develop a deep understanding of our kitchen cabinet product line, features, and benefits• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively communicate our unique selling points Customer Engagement:• Interact with potential and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner• Conduct consultations to understand customer needs, preferences, and budget constraints• Provide expert advice on kitchen cabinet designs, layouts, and customization options Sales Process:• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products and services• Prepare accurate and detailed quotes, proposals, and contracts Relationship Building:• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and interior designers• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Target Achievement:• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth Qualifications: • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike• At least 2 years of outside sales experience preferred• Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required• Proven track record in sales• Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills Requirements: • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen or home improvement industry• Strong knowledge of kitchen cabinet products, materials, and design principles• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Education and Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus)• Previous experience in kitchen cabinet sales or a related field is highly desirable Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 annually About Company: Prime Hardware, Inc. is a leading provider of high-quality kitchen cabinets, committed to delivering innovative and stylish solutions to our customers.
