Junior Property Manager Birmingham GBP20,000 : GBP27,000 We are looking for an ambitious Junior Property Manager to join a progressive, dynamic agency working in conjunction with Birminghams largest property developer based in Birmingham City Centre. The company you will be working for handles every aspect of property management on behalf of clients, including maintenance, tenant liaison and administration. Your role as Junior Property Manager will include private residential and commercial property management, including; Working as part of the team, assisting an experienced, senior property manager with all aspects of the day: to: day property management tasks across a large and diverse portfolio Providing administrative support, from resident/tenant correspondence to taking messages and creating wider database communications Managing contractors engaged for maintenance. If you are a Junior Property Manager with at least 1 years property experience with a desire to progress their career in this sector we want to hear from you. Whilst property related qualifications are desirable, they are not essential and can be supported in post.
