About the Role: We are looking for a qualified and experienced Joiner to join our rapidly expanding team to work within a busy repairs / voids team in Tannochside. This will be a lone working role ensuring our clients receive high levels of service and satisfaction. You will be responsible for carrying out the following: Carpentry & Joinery General Maintenance Replacements & refurbishment work Role Criteria: Previous experience as a Joiner is essential Qualified City and Guilds, NVQ Level 2 and 3 or equivalent. Ideally previous domestic, social housing experience Full driving license Must be reliable and willing to work with a high in demand workload.30 years ago, Mears started life as a building maintenance contractor.
